2026 Proposed By-law Amendment Survey​

Dear PNRC Members,

The Pacific Northwest Regional Council (PNRC) Executive Board has approved a series of proposed amendments to the PNRC Bylaws and is now submitting those amendments to the membership for consideration and vote.

​

The proposed revisions are intended to update and modernize the governing document, align PNRC policies with current NAHRO standards and practices, clarify membership and governance provisions, and incorporate the current NAHRO Code of Professional Conduct.

We encourage all eligible voting members to carefully review the proposed amendments before casting your vote.
