($100.00 extra for Late Registrations after April 1st)

 

*Note: If you select member pricing and your agency is not current on membership dues you will be charged the non-member rate.

Optional Training

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund of your registration fees, written notice must be received no later than 4/05/2024 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after 4/05/2024 will not be refunded.  A substitute attendee is permissible.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be aware that registrants who do not attend (no-shows) or fail to cancel within the stated time frame will be obligated to pay the full registration fee. This policy will be strictly enforced without exceptions.
