NAHRO Professional Development’s highly interactive Excellence in Customer Service e-Learning focuses on the new wave of customer service and how perfecting the details of communication can transform your agency’s customer service.

This online seminar will help participants recognize those elements of internal and external communication that their agency can and should work to improve. Participants will also gain a better understanding of how effective customer service affects the fiscal health of a housing and community development agency. All session participants earn 0.25 CEUs that can be applied toward NAHRO CERTIFICATION TM and recertification requirements. Registration closes TONIGHT (September 12) at 11:59 EDT.
