PNRC Events, Meetings and Seminars
PNRC activities are designed to provide support, information, education and networking opportunities for members.
PNRC Activities include:
- Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of members
- Facilitating an exchange of views
- Monitoring and advocating relevant federal and state legislative and regulatory issues that impact housing and community development
- Initiating the development of public policies through the committee process.
- Communicating effectively with members, media, government and others concerning issues related to housing and community development
- Encouraging, developing and providing educational programs to enhance the professional development, technical skills and efficiency of housing and community development employees and organizations.
- Developing, analyzing and disseminating information on housing and community development and related fields
- Recruiting and retaining members and providing services to strengthen NAHRO's ability to serve its members
- Working with other organizations and aggressively developing coalitions and colaborative efforts to accomplish NAHRO's mission
- Continuously strengthening the Region's internal management and operations
- Effectively utilizing human, organizational and financial resources to maximize the achievement of NAHRO's mission and goals.
